Delete your account

Delete Account removes your account, your books on this device and what we keep about you.

Delete Account

Open Account and tap Delete Account. This deletes your sign-in account, every book and coloring on this device, your page records and page balance on our server, and your record at RevenueCat, and asks Apple to end CrayonTales’ Sign in with Apple access to your Apple Account.

What it doesn’t do

• Books on your other devices stay until you delete them there.
• A book you shared stays wherever you sent it.
• Your subscription continues until you cancel it in Settings, under your Apple Account’s Subscriptions.
• Emails you sent us stay in our support mailbox; write to support@polimati.com and we delete them.
